Abstract guidelines-Human Cancer Genome Research Conference-2024
A. Preparation of abstracts
1. Title: Use a concise title that reflects abstract content. The font should be in Times New Roman font, size 14, bold, and centered.
2. Author/Institution:
- Provide the full names and affiliations of all authors.
- When multiple authors submit an abstract, clearly identify one contact author and provide complete contact information.
- List the author's institution affiliation below each author’s name, followed by the city of the institution, except when authors share the same institutional affiliation.
- Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*).
3. Abstracts:
- Should be written in English. Use Times New Roman font, size 12, and single-spaced formatting.
- The abstract body should not exceed 250 words.
- Abstract should include background, aim, methodology, main results, and conclusions of your research or study.
- Provide three keywords.
B. Poster Presentation Guidelines:
- Each poster will be mounted on a whiteboard. The actual poster content will need to fit into an area of 100 cm wide X 180 cm high. The poster will be placed on a whiteboard (110cm wide X 200 cm high.
- Keep everything as simple as possible and try to avoid overcrowding your posters. Your poster must be easily read by all.

Winners:
- The scientific committee members will assess and choose the abstracts based on their relevance to the conference themes and novelty.
- Poster evaluation and presentations will take place on the first day of the conference (17th of May 2024), with three winners announced and awarded on the second day (18th of May 2024).
Deadlines:
- The last day to call for abstracts on May 9, 2024
- e-poster completed and sent to the copied email so that faculty judges can review it before the deadline.
- On the ground floor, all whiteboards will be placed in the hallway for participants to hang physically three days before the conference day OR early morning of May 17, 2024.
